Few people are fortunate enough to have the chance to work with an Organizational Change Management Lead as outstanding as Kenya George. Kenya, came to NiSource as the lead OCM for our Customer Experience projects in July 2019 thru February 2020. We were impressed by her exceptional ability to quickly adapt and work effortlessly across business units, build relationships and promote communication of our projects.


Kenya was responsible for working closely with our call center teams to ensure they had appropriate training material related to our projects, she was the driving force behind surveying our key stakeholders after the close of a project and she created our first Customer Experience internal employee communication newsletter.

We will miss her positive personality, it's contagious and everyone on the team enjoyed working with her.
